Recently, Guangzhou launched its first "centralized instant tax refund upon purchase" point for overseas travelers at Parc Central in Tianhe District. The service point can process tax refunds for overseas travelers' purchases at any of the over 600 tax-free stores across all 11 districts of Guangzhou.
