To ensure the smooth operation of the 15th National Games and the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities & the 9th National Special Olympic Games (hereinafter referred to as the “15th National Games” and the “National Para Games & Special Olympics” respectively), and to maintain safe and orderly road traffic during the event period, the Guangzhou Municipal People’s Government has decided to implement temporary traffic management measures for motor vehicles in accordance with the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Guangdong Provincial Regulations on Road Traffic Safety, and other applicable laws and regulations.
