Foreign think tank delegation explores Guangzhou's tech, cultural heritage

A think tank delegation from Portuguese- and Spanish-speaking countries visited Guangzhou on September 15 to learn about the city's low-altitude economy and experience its traditional culture, with stops in Huangpu District and the historic Yongqing Fang neighborhood.
