Peach blossoms are highly prized in Cantonese culture as they are symbols of love and good fortune, and families in Guangzhou will often decorate their homes with peach blossoms during the Chinese New Year holiday.
Recently, the peach blossoms in Haibei village, the most famous place for peach blossoms in Guangzhou, became the first to bloom this year.
