Within the area, the China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City Free Port for International Talents has introduced several policies to attract talent, including the establishment of the country's first Overseas Talents Innovation and Entrepreneurship Zero Movement service center. This center provides a one-stop platform for talents to access regional resources in research, finance, and the market.

In the future, Longhu Subdistrict plans to enhance the overall environment of the international neighborhood by developing green ecological corridors and community parks, and improving the multilingual signage system, thereby creating a more livable and business-friendly international environment.

Longhu Subdistrict also aims to improve services and management for the international neighborhood, promoting cultural exchange projects and youth exchange activities within the Greater Bay Area, and encouraging local and international residents to participate in community governance.

Furthermore, the development of Phoenix Valley Overseas Returnee Town and Jiulong Lake Talent Park will be accelerated, providing ample space for showcasing, exchange, and services for both local and foreign talents.

It will continue to optimize its talent management and service mechanisms, collaborating to build a strong brand for the Free Port for International Talents. High-end talent events, industry talent associations, and salons will be organized to attract and nurture talent for intellectual property rights-intensive enterprises, thus contributing to the development of a national knowledge center with global influence.
