Liede International Neighborhood

The Liede International Neighborhood is located in Liede Subdistrict, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, covering an area of approximately 3.5 square kilometers. It is bounded on the east by the Nanguo Garden Community on Pingyue Road, on the west by the Yuanyang Mingzhu Community on Guangzhou Avenue Middle, on the south by the central waterway of the Pearl River, and on the north by Huacheng Avenue.

The neighborhood boasts comprehensive public infrastructure, convenient transportation, and abundant commercial resources, featuring 19 super high-rise buildings over 100 meters and 93 buildings ranging from 90 to 100 meters. The iconic "Hongmian Twin Towers" (East Tower and West Tower) serve as a hub for high-end industries in the city.

Numerous cultural festivals and sports events, such as the Guangzhou International Light Festival, the Guangzhou Marathon, and the Guangzhou Garden Expo, have been held in the neighborhood.

The area offers a wide range of international services through its community service center. The Guangyue International Community Center has established various service points, including a foreign volunteer service station, a work permit service center, a cultural exchange center for Chinese and foreign residents, a joint discussion hall for Chinese and foreign residents, and a service station for foreigners and foreign-related talents.

With 30 consulates and over 2,000 expatriates living and working here, the neighborhood is becoming an important platform for cultural exchange.
