Jiaomen River

Jiaomenhe International Neighborhood is located in the central block of the Nansha area of the China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone, covering an area of 1.98 square kilometers. It is bordered by Jinlong Road to the east, Shuangshan Avenue to the south, Jiaomenjiao to the west, and Siyanjiao to the north.

Nansha Library

The neighborhood is home to Nansha Library, Jiaomen Park, Citizen Square, International Talent Port, and Sheraton Hotel, along with other important public amenities and commercial facilities, providing residents with leisure and entertainment options as well as one-stop services for talents.

The area encompasses three major commercial hubs within the free trade zone—Wanda Plaza, Nansha Mall, and HKI. It is gradually developing into a center featuring a tech innovation cluster led by companies like Cloudwalk, a headquarters base for SMEs represented by brands such as Kungfu, and a youth innovation and entrepreneurship base exemplified by the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao (Nansha Mall) International Youth Startup Community.

The neighborhood is developing a communication platform for Chinese and foreign residents and organizing a series of international-themed activities, such as Chinese training courses for foreign talents, language corners for Chinese and foreign residents, guided tours of Nansha for expatriates and residents from Hong Kong and Macao, and policy presentations. These initiatives aim to help people from Hong Kong, Macao, and overseas better integrate into local life.
