Located in the core CBD area of Huadu District, the Guangzhou Sunac Resort international neighborhood covers an area of approximately 2.2 million m², with a total investment of RMB 50 billion.

The neighborhood enjoys highly efficient transport networks, with the Tiangui Station of the New Baiyun-Guangzhou Intercity Line connecting Baiyun Airport and Guangzhou North Railway Station. It is also equipped with ample educational, cultural, and health resources, including the Huacheng Street Community Health Service Center, Guangzhou Huawan School affiliated to South China Normal University, Huadu Citizen Plaza, Huadu Library, and the Huadu District Youth and Children's Palace.

Guangzhou Sunac Resort features eight major mixed-use projects, including Sunac Mall, Sunac Snow Park, Sunac Water Park, Sports Park, Sunac Land, a luxury hotel cluster, Sunac Guangzhou Grand Theater, and a lakeside bar street. The resort boasts 31 internationally leading amusement devices and eight world-first attractions.

The Sunac Resort neighborhood belongs to the Dujuan Community, which is actively working to establish a governance model with diverse stakeholders and has created a WeChat group for international community services.

Moving forward, Huadu District will leverage Sunac Resort to drive the development of the international neighborhood, focusing on improving the planning and construction of the CBD and the Huacheng Cultural Tourism New Rural Demonstration Zone.

Huadu will work to promote synergy across various business sectors, raise its profile as a hub for ice and snow sports, and strengthen its nighttime economy and exhibition economy. It will also introduce themed projects in technology, education, entertainment, and esports while developing green finance, green architecture, and a headquarters economy to create a diverse mix of business types.

The district will continue to optimize medical and educational resources and talent service support systems, create a world-class business environment, and attract international talent, businesses, and tourists to settle in and visit Huadu.

Additionally, it plans to establish the "Hongdujuan (Red Azalea)" Party building brand, create a Huacheng multilingual volunteer service team, and explore a new model of social governance based on the collaboration, participation, and common interests of Chinese and foreign residents.

Huadu is also expected to strengthen international cultural exchange activities, and promote interaction, mutual benefit, and cultural integration between Chinese and foreign residents.
