Xinya Subdistrict, Huadu District, Guangzhou is actively advancing the Airport Commercial and Trade Zone's application to become a pilot international neighborhood, aiming to leverage its airport-adjacent location to drive economic and social development.

The Airport Commercial and Trade Zone is situated in the heart of the Guangzhou Airport Economic Zone, adjacent to the Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport and Metro Line 9 runs across it, providing convenient transportation. The zone includes three high-end international apartment complexes: Latin Mall, Jingshi Apartment, and Jingshi Plaza, offering over 1,000 commercial housing units.

Within the zone lies the Guangzhou International Airport Center, dedicated to creating a platform for the gathering and exchange of corporate resources, attracting over 1,000 enterprises from diverse service industries, including aviation, high-end manufacturing, e-commerce, international freight, and fashion.
