June 16, students from Confucius Institute at the University of Padova visited the High School Affiliated to Guangzhou University for a warm cultural exchange. The most touching moment is that teens from both countries sang "See You Again" together——melodies bridging language barriers, friendship growing softly through the music.

"I've loved China since I was little, so I started learning Chinese!" The Italian students shared in their still-hesitant Mandarin, speaking with genuine passion for Chinese culture. For them, learning Chinese isn't just about the language——it's a window into China's confidence and vibrant energy.

This exchange is one of the activities of "Global Youth Explore Guangzhou". During their visit, they explored cultural and tech landmarks in Guangzhou, tried out drones, sang Chinese songs, and built close friendships with their local peers. As the song goes, "We've come a long way from where we began"——this East-West friendship created lasting memories for all.
