Guangzhou student helps China U19 finish 8th at World Championship Underwater Hockey
The 2026 CMAS World Championship Underwater Hockey was held in Türkiye in July 2026. The Chinese U19 Underwater Hockey National Team—featuring Liu Kaiqi, a student from Guangzhou No. 17 Middle School—competed through several intense rounds and ultimately achieved an outstanding eighth-place finish.
