The archive-style exhibition offers visitors a chance to understand the thousand-year essence of Cantonese cuisine.

Held on the bustling Beijing Road Food Street, the exhibition allows visitors to wander amid the bustling street atmosphere. It also features storytelling sessions, interactive activities, performances of intangible cultural heritage, and a gourmet market.

The exhibition will remain open to the public free of charge until June 21. Visitors are warmly welcome to dive into the time-honoured Cantonese food heritage via this immersive exhibition.
