The Consulate General of the Republic of Guinea in Guangzhou officially held its opening ceremony on April 25th. The consulate is located at Garden Hotel Apartments, No. 368 Huanshi East Road, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou. Its consular district covers Guangdong, Fujian, Guangxi, and Hainan.
At the opening ceremony, Consul General Mr. Bah Mamadou Djoulde said in his address that Guangzhou is a vibrant city. By establishing a consulate general here, Guinea aims to deepen economic and trade cooperation with China, particularly in promoting practical collaboration in agriculture, mining, and infrastructure construction.
With the official opening of the Consulate General of the Republic of Guinea in Guangzhou, the number of foreign consulates general in Guangzhou increases to 71, comprising 13 African countries, 13 American countries, 17 European countries, 25 Asian countries, and 3 Oceanian countries.
