As the 15th Five-Year Plan period begins, the "Million Talents Gathering in Guangdong" Spring 2026 Large-scale Comprehensive Job Fair will be held from March 15th to 16th at Halls 17.1 and 17.2, Area D of the Canton Fair Complex in Guangzhou.

As the first high-profile talent event jointly organized by the Ministry of Education and the Guangdong Provincial People's Government during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, this job fair brings together quality resources from 21 cities across the province, with over 1,800 enterprises and public institutions recruiting on-site and offering more than 60,000 high-quality positions.
This job fair innovatively adopts a "sector-based grouping across two halls" model to implement the coordinated development strategy of manufacturing and service industries, aiming to recruit talent via leading enterprises, supply chains, and industrial clusters. Participating companies include Fortune Global 500, China's top 500 enterprises, and Guangdong's top 500 enterprises, as well as leading state-owned enterprises, high-tech companies, SRDI "Little Giant" enterprises, top universities, Grade A tertiary hospitals, and research institutes. The job positions cover multiple levels, including high-end talent zones for international talent, doctoral and postdoctoral talent, offering research and high-salary positions, as well as positions suitable for associate degree holders and skilled talent. All these efforts adhere to the principle of talent introduction that looks beyond mere degrees or background to focus on ability.
This job fair is not only an important measure for Guangdong to attract and gather talent but also an opening chapter to Guangdong's talent work during the 15th Five-Year Plan period. It will further promote the deep integration of talent of all kinds with Guangdong's industrial development and provide support for the construction of a high-level talent hub in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
