Guangdong Province is experiencing increased humidity from April 19 to 20, with light fog in the mornings and evenings across most cities and counties. The northern and central regions are also seeing a rise in thunderstorms.

Starting April 21, the subtropical high will strengthen and expand westward, impactingmost of the province, according to the Guangdong Meteorological Service. The northern areas will experience isolated thunderstorms, while other regions will have mostly cloudy to sunny skies.
From April 22 to 23, a cold front will push south, bringing new rain to Guangdong as it interacts with the warm, humid air. Residents are advised to preparefor changing weather conditions and take necessary precautions against rain and fog.
Weather forecast for the coming days:
On April 21, northern Guangdong will see cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms, while the rest of the province will enjoy mostly cloudy to sunny weather. Temperatures will peak between 35°C and 37°C in the Leizhou Peninsula, 34°C to 35°C in the northern and central Pearl River Delta, and 31°C to 33°C in other regions.
On April 22, Shaoguan and Qingyuan will experience moderate to heavy rain, with isolated heavy downpours. Southern Guangdong will remain cloudy, while the rest of the province will see scattered thunderstorms. High temperatures will range from 35°C to 37°C in the Leizhou Peninsula, 32°C to 34°C in the Pearl River Delta, and 30°C to 32°Celsewhere.
