The China Import and Export Fair, popularly known as Canton Fair, is like a global liaison center for business and also serves as a trade bridge between China and India, according to Indian businessmen and traders.
The second phase of the 134th Canton Fair, which concluded on Oct 27, proved a major success.
At a booth inside the Pazhou International Convention and Exhibition Center in Guangzhou, capital of Guangdong province, Xu Yajie, a sales manager, has been busy all day introducing colorful ceramic products to buyers from the United Arab Emirates.
An increased number of overseas buyers registered for the second phase of the ongoing 134th China Import and Export Fair, commonly known as the Canton Fair, showing greater interest in partnerships with Chinese exporters, according to the event's organizers.

The first phase of the 134th Canton Fair concluded successfully on Oct 19. One of the highlights of Zone D's trade services was an innovative offering by the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) Guangzhou Branch.
