Nansha International Cruise Home Port

The international cruise ship "Blue Dream Melody" will arrive and berth at the Nansha International Cruise Home Port in Guangzhou from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on June 25. After that, a five-day and four-night cruise journey from Nansha to Vietnam will commence.

The Guangzhou Nansha International Cruise Home Port, which was completed and opened in 2019, boasts one 100,000-metric ton and one 225,000-ton cruise berth.

With a 60,000-square-meter terminal building and an annual customs clearance capacity of 750,000 passengers, it is the largest cruise complex in Asia.

Currently, its cruise routes cover 12 destinations including Japan, Vietnam, and the Philippines, making it one of the cruise ports in China with the most Southeast Asian routes.

The National Immigration Administration recently announced that, from May 15, foreign tourist groups (two people or more) who travel to China by cruise ships and are organized and received by domestic travel agencies can be exempted from a visa for a 15-day stay at all coastal cruise ports in China.

The tour groups must travel to the next port with the same cruise until the cruise exits China, and their activities are limited to the coastal provinces, municipalities, and Beijing. Guangzhou is one of the 13 cruise ports that offer visa-free entry.
