This December, Guangzhou is poised to hold the 2023 China (Guangzhou) International Fashion Industry Conference and the 2023 Guangzhou Fashion Consumer Festival, both part of an initiative that aims to spotlight the city's international and fashionable persona.

A meeting was convened on Sept 13 to coordinate the activities that will grace the event. The session brought together heads of nearly 100 companies and associations to deliberate on the preparation matters related to the conference, including fashion shows and new product launches. 

Moreover, the consumer festival is set to offer the public a citywide platform for trendy products and fashion recommendations.

Stepping into its role as an international consumer center city, Guangzhou will inject fresh impetus into the Chinese fashion industry and foster high-quality development.
