The 2023 Spring China (Guangzhou) International Tea Expo will be held from May 25 to 28 in Area D of the Canton Fair Complex.

Covering an area of 40,000 square meters, this year’s exhibition will feature more than 300 exhibits that cover the entire tea industry chain.

Guangdong is not only a major tea-producing area in China but is also the province with the highest tea consumption in the country. In 2022, the province planted 1.49 million mu (99,460 hectares) of tea, resulting in the volume of tea produced here reaching 160,800 metric tons.

It is worth noting that this exhibition has specially set up a rural vitalization tea exhibition area, in which Ningde in Fujian province has a large pavilion measuring nearly 2,000 sq m. This is also the first time that Yichang in Hubei province has organized a group of exhibitors to participate.

At the same time, the Guangdong Provincial Tea Art and Vocational Skills Competition will be held to promote tea culture and further develop the tea industry.
