Pol Anter, a young pastry chef from Spain, once worked in China and later returned to Barcelona with his family. In 2021, he returned to China to develop his career. Today, he works as a chef in the pastry room at the the Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou. Now, he feels that new things happen every day in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and that any person can find their own opportunities here.
