The information office of Guangzhou municipal people's government organized the "Together for a Shared Future-Understanding Davos in Guangzhou'' sharing event on Jan 19.

Representatives from China and overseas shared opinions about the contents of the 2022 World Economic Forum and discussed the implementation of high-quality economic development in Guangzhou.

Guangzhou has attended the World Economic Forum for many years. A number of key enterprises in Guangzhou, such as GAC Group and Guangzhou Phar Holdings, have taken an active part in WEF activities, according to Tu Hongzhe, a leader of the foreign affairs of Guangzhou municipal government.

In 2020, Guangzhou Phar Holdings was invited to attend the "Virtual China Business Roundtable Spring" online forum in 2020, presenting a positive image of Guangzhou enterprises taking the initiative in epidemic prevention and control.

At the World Economic Forum China Future Automobile and Transportation Conference held in Guangzhou in December 2021, the global logistics autonomous driving unmanned delivery demonstration zone was settled in Guangzhou.
