A total of 41 officials from consulates general of 26 foreign countries in Guangzhou, such as Sudan, Portugal, and Uruguay, attended the opening ceremony of the Canton Tower Science and Technology Conference.

Held from Oct 13 to 14 in Guangzhou, the Canton Tower Science and Technology Conference was hosted by International Data Group (IDG) Asia with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Guangzhou municipal government.
