Used in Cantonese opera, Guangzhou's opera costumes feature distinctive making technique which is a provincial level intangible cultural heritage.

Instead of displaying the works in a static way, the exhibition made full use of new media platforms and installations to showcase the charm of traditional costumes. In addition, many lectures were held in several places to expand the exhibition’s influence.

There are also experience and interactive activities available during the exhibition in which visitors can design and try on costumes.
