Japanese artist holds exhibition in Guangzhou

Keiichi Tanaami, one of the leading pop artists of postwar Japan who has been active as a graphic designer, illustrator, video artist and fine artist, put up an exhibition in Guangzhou on June 19.

The exhibition, held at Guangzhou K11 Art Mall, features more than 40 works created by the renowned Japanese artist since 1960. The works include paintings, sculptures and furniture, and offer visitors a good chance to appreciate Tanaami's artistic characteristics. 

The exhibition will run until Aug 31.
