A new 7,630-square-meter base for Lytelecom Corp, an e-commerce provider of telecommunication products and services, will be built to develop the latest technology in the industry.

A 15,263-square-meter project is designed as an innovative research center for Qunhao Clothing, a textile producer of the latest fashion and apparel.

Guangzhou Zhiyuan Electronics Co, an electronic engineering company, will build a 6,717-square-meter marketing and engineering support center focused on advanced embedded technology.

The development of IBD involves 13 major projects across various industries and sectors. The three projects are predicted to be completed by the end of this year, with other 10 finished in 2019.

Outlined in 2013 by Guangzhou government, IBD is positioned as a cluster of business centers, as well as a fashionable residential area.
