The 31st Guangzhou Expo kicked off on Aug 25 at the China Import and Export Fair Complex, located in Guangzhou.
Organized by the Guangzhou municipal government, the event sprawls over an impressive 90,000 square meters and boasts nine exhibition halls.
In particular, the number of foreign enterprises participating has hit records in recent years - including the latest iteration. A total of 45 provincial and city delegations have marked their presence, with 30 setting up specially designed stands.
Officials said that this year's expo aims to foster "high-quality development and high-level integration," serving the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
They said it provides an invaluable platform for exhibitors to exchange ideas and collaborate, reflecting the city's continued commitment to international cooperation and regional growth.
