On March 17, the Guangzhou Library hosted the opening ceremony for the urban innovation exhibition, which is part of the 2023 Guangzhou Awards. Deng Changxiong, deputy director of the foreign affairs office of the Guangzhou municipal government, attended the event.

The purpose of this exhibition is to present the journey of the Guangzhou Award and its achievements in advancing urban governance innovation. Additionally, it aims to promote the concepts of urban innovation and sustainable development.

The show, which has been open to the public since March 11, will run for a month. It features an overview of the Guangzhou Award, notable cases from the award, examples of urban innovation in China, and information about participating in the 6th Guangzhou Award.
