Lei expressed his thanks to Guangzhou for its support to his company, and noted that he is confident that CSSC will help Guangzhou boost the development of ship and ocean engineering industries,  building a modern industrial system.

The agreement mainly encompasses high-end ship and sea equipment manufacturing, the construction of a marine science and technology city, marine pollution prevention, and construction on a smart marine innovation research institute.
