The launch of the center is a significant move by Haizhu district to implement the Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, which was released on Feb 18 by the State Council.

This year, Haizhu district, based on the service center, will successively build a number of innovation and entrepreneurship bases to provide a full range of services for Hong Kong and Macao youth in innovation, entrepreneurship, internship, incubation, studying, and exchange.

On the same day, the Youth Career Development 5A Project Haizhu Summit of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area was held in Haizhu district.
