Liwan district, Guangzhou has scheduled a series of water curtain projection shows to showcase the district's beautiful scenery and Xiguan culture (Yuexiu was known as "Xiguan" in ancient times).

The shows will be given at Liwan Lake Park at 20:00 on Feb 20, 22, 25, and 27 and March 4, 8,11,13, and 15, according to an announcement by the Liwan District Culture, Business and Tourism Development Center on Feb 14.

The best spot to view the shows will be Lingzhou Island, and they will depend on weather conditions, according to the announcement. The shows will be divided into four chapters and include beautiful Liwan views, demonstrations of Xiguan culture, and Cantonese food.
