Two footballers from Guangzhou clubs to play in World Cup

Two footballers from Guangzhou football clubs are to represent their own countries in the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia which will kick off tonight and last until July 15.

Dusko Tosic, who plays as a defender for Guangzhou R&F Football Club in the Chinese Super League, will represent his home country Serbia in the international game. Kim Young Gwon, who plays for Guangzhou Evergrande Taobao Football Club, was named in South Korea's 23 man squad for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia on June 2.
