Guangzhou releases new zodiac-themed metro tickets

Chinese New Year will soon arrive and the Year of the Rooster will begin. To celebrate the new year, Guangzhou Metro released a new set of "Rooster Metro Tickets" on Jan 16.

Rooster is the 10th creature of the Chinese zodiac, and Guangzhou has already established 10 metro lines since 1997. The design of the tickets combines the traditional culture of Chinese zodiac with the development history of Guangzhou Metro.
