No metro stops at Guangzhou Railway Station before 12:45 from Feb 3rd to 6th

Guangzhou metro trains will not stop at Guangzhou Railway Station before 12:45 from Feb. 3rd to 6th, in order to handle the passenger peak during Spring Festival transport season.

Guangzhou metro may prolong the control time depending on the number of stranded passengers. The latest control information will be broadcast at metro stations and published through the official weibo or wechat of Guangzhou Metro.

About 100,000 travelers were stranded at Guangzhou Railway Station on Feb. 2nd because some trains were delayed on Feb. 1st due to rare snow and rain in eastern Chinese Provinces.

Passengers to Guangzhou Railway Station need to take other transportation means. Or they can walk there from nearby metro stations including Yuexiu Park Station, Sanyuanli Station, Xicun Station and Xiaobei Station.
